Description:

Third series of the US show. As the recently-mixed teams learn to work with their new colleagues, Jen reveals the truth about her mysterious past. The two teams are asked to prepare menus using lobster as the main ingredient, but while some dishes impress Chef Ramsay, others leave a sour taste in his mouth. At evening service, the red team get off to a flying start, but the blue team start to crash and burn when Brad struggles with the appetizers. Which team will have to nominate evictees?
